You'll get $100 million per year directly deposited into your bank account. It's yours under one condition, you'll have to live in the ghetto/poorest area in your city.
You cannot move away from your city but are welcome to take extended vacations away for 75 days maximum per year both consecutive and non-consecutive.
You can buy a house in the poor/ghetto areas, rent an apartment, or even purchase land for your use.
For groceries/food, you'll only be able to shop for groceries at supermarkets operating in the ghetto. You're allowed to grow your own food if possible. Delivery apps can be used only for stores within the ghetto.
Only on Sundays and Saturdays you are allowed to shop at Walmart, Target, HEB, Whole Foods, or other high-end grocery stores for the well-off even if they are outside the ghetto or city.
No one knows you have lots of money but, if you aren't careful on what you spend, people will figure out you're rich.
