Do you change your underwear if you’re going out, but stayed home all day and took a shower the day before?

For example: Take a shower Sunday night, wake up Monday morning and stay home all day, and go to work the next day all in the same underwear or do you change your underwear still on Tuesday? Obviously if you sweat on Monday while at home then take a shower, but for the sake of the post say you don’t sweat. Do you still change your underwear?

Women here... I change it every morning and every night. In the summer when it's super hot, I will change it during the day as well.

The same here also. Plus when going on a vacation for three days pack like 12-15 pairs for the “just in case” scenarios.

Here I thought I was the only one that packed every pair of underwear I own for every trip…just in case.
