Currently, we are using ADP for payroll. We are exploring our options for other HRIS systems and we are looking at maybe using ADP as our HRIS as well to have everything in one place. However, I have seen a couple of times on here people really expressing their distaste for ADP as an HRIS.

I’ve reached out to UKG, Rippling, BambooHR, etc. We have explored options like Paycor before but we cannot use a PEO.

We have less than 100 employees as of right now and big things for us are trying to reduce manual entry, good analysis tools, employee usability/customer service and benefits management.

What do you guys think? Is ADP that bad or should we keep exploring other options?
