Has anyone been to the Houston Reptile Expo?

Better check to see if it's still going to happen.

I’ve been a few times. It’s definitely a neat event. I’m usually going to look for specific supplies or creatures, though, so I’m not sure what the experience would be purely as a spectator. But I’m sure it would be fun- especially with a kid. Lots of reptiles / amphibians / inverts to look at. Sometimes they’ll have some out that you can touch or look at more closely. And there are usually reptile-adjacent goodies available that your kiddo could actually take home (plushie, candy, etc).

I had a lot of fun! Lots of chances to see and pet tons of reptiles.

Did you end up going and were all the vendors there? Thinking of taking mine, but between the $25 parking, $30 adult tix, the food and junk vendors I’m sure will be there, not sure if the $100+ is worth it.
