I am going to sign up tomorrow and try to schedule an appointment. I want to try the Phentermine before any injectable. My question is. If they charge me and find that I am not a candidate will I get a refund of my full amount charged? Female 63 CW 159.5 GW 140
Thanks for your quick response. I am excited to get started.
Oh no, I am so disappointed. After giving my information Henrymeds stated that I did not meet the qualifications for phentermine. Just want to make sure that my credit card will not be charged and that my personal info is secure. Back to the drawing board I guess.
Was it because you didn't weigh enough?
I’m sorry to hear that. The billing team will issue a refund to anyone who isn’t qualified.
There is an OTC medication called Alli (Orlistat) that can help people lose weight, it blocks fat absorption during digestion (but requires eating a lower fat diet otherwise it can cause some gastrointestinal distress).
I’ve been doing research and am getting different answers so figured I’d ask.. do you happen to know what the requirements are to be eligible for the phentermine program through Henry is?
It’s up to the provider, so there isn’t a default eligibility other than being over 18 and located in a state we offer services to.
In general, I see most people who are approved have a BMI over 27.
Thanks so much. I will research Alli. And get in a few more miles of walking.
Yes, people who are not candidates for treatment are offered a full refund.
