This bike really does look great, way to go Walmart
It’s well built too, it was just put together by untrained store staff. But that can be easily fixed by a good bike shop.
I also grabbed one yesterday and was surprised by how nice it was. Went over it when I got it home and by some miracle mine was assembled and tuned correctly. I tightened up the crank bolts to my usual 40nm, but I would way they were on at 25-30nm already. Everything else was straight, clean and tight. Added a water bottle cage, put a little more air in the tires and then put 30 miles on it last night. No complaints, even the seat post stayed where I put it. Coming from a Shimano 105 groupset, I wasn't sure how the gears would work by comparison but it was easy to adjust to the thumb button. It's a heavy bike but it had no problems moving and the gearing was tall enough to tackle the occasional hilly road and overpasses around here.
I'd love it if these were available in the UK, it'd be the perfect bike to commute with for me and I'd not be worried about my more expensive one being left outside on the rack.

Looks lovely
Enjoy it!!!
I was looking at picking one of these up. I have a 1990s Specialized Stumpjumper that I picked up a few years ago but I honestly think it's too big for me, the guy I bought it from was over 6ft and I stand at about 5ft 9in, and I always feel like I'm hunched way too forward, even with saddle and stem adjustments.
Looking really slick though!
She’s perfect
I have one. It’s just Jim Dandy. You can’t beat the price and look it’s got you out there riding so it’s a great bike and it’s yours!
