owned a restaurant in GR from 2016-2022. I’ve commented on some threads over the past couple years and folks seem to have a lot of questions about what’s going on with our food scene, tipping culture, ingredient quality, service, and I’d be happy to answer anything about the business with the directness that only a owner unchained from the expectations of customers can provide.

the timing is perfect for this because otherwise I’d just be sitting in the dark waiting for consumers energy to restore my power. But I am launching a series of pop-ups this summer bringing back some of my restaurants classic dishes and collaborating with some of my favorite food creators around town.
