Do you track your calories or do you just focus on protein. I am feeling like I am fixating on calories and being really hard on myself. I’ve been obsessing about every little snack, condiment or treat I eat and make myself feel bad if I go over 1100/1200 calories a day (female,30, 5ft 6in) I see so many people talk about how they can’t eat more then 700 calories a day and thats just not me. I’m worried I am starting an unhealthy relationship with food again but am also scared to mess up if I don’t watch calories.
