Cart or mount for 100 ft hose?

I prefer a cart, but not the one pictured. I own a similar hose cart and it's a PIA to move or use. It's too flimsy and lightweight, the handle is much too short and the wheels don't move properly in grass. It frequently tips over and it can be difficult to wind and unwind the hose. I plan to replace my cart with a 4 wheel steel cart with a long handle, but they're $200+ so I've been procrastinating.
