Any bathesda game will give you hours of zone out content.

If you have a friend or GF "it takes two" is a surprisingly good game that just gets better as you play.

"Portal" is my all-time favorite. Its casual enough to not be stressful, but mentally stimulating enough to make you forget about life for awhile.

"LA Noire" is a SOLID game.

"Kona" is a good puzzle/adventure game.

Oh and "Stray" let's you play as a cat which is always good.

Last one is "outer wilds" solid inter planetary puzzler.
