There’s grilled/fried variations of like four things though. I think they keep it simple enough to not worry about needing extra screens
When you only visit 2x a year, how are you supposed to know that?
They put the big menu outside for a reason.
Plus, restaurants are always changing up their menus, maybe there's something new I wanna try and I don't know about it until I see it on the board.
There's one Tim Hortons by me where the speaker is 3 feet in front of the menu board, which drives me insane as they ask for your order but you can't see the board if you stop at the speaker.
The drive thru is a perfectly acceptable place to not know what you want until you get there. The real complaint is using it to order meals for like 10 people, but most places make those people pull up and wait as long as their drive thru has space.
And I go to Chikfila maybe twice a year, the fuck if I know the names of their stuff.
They have chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and fries. If you don't know what you want, go inside.
