Best way to get stimpaks

Do events. Doesn’t matter if low level. Tag enemy once for XP and then let higher ranked players take care of. Probably want to make sure event has decent amount of people as well.

Equip the pharma farma perk under luck and search medical and chem boxes. It's not bulk but it'll stack up fast. 

Events give me so many stims that I throw them away in donation boxes. So either events or donation boxes I guess.

Expeditions/daily ops. ~50 stims in ~8 minutes. Or buy from other players. I sell 50-200 per day for 3 caps.

Events. You'll have more stimpaks and radaways than you'd ever need within a few hours of grinding.

If you get the recipe, can be easy to craft.. make sure to use super duper and chemist perks.

Server jump for player vendors (what I did), if you hover over the camp it will say if they have stimpaks.

Dilute them to make them last longer.

Be selective in combat, try stealth archer/ sniper.

Eventually they'll be abundant

The Pitt, stimpaks and ammo everywhere.

Go to Sunny Top Ski Lanes and their is a repeatable quest that you can do an infinite amount of time that you’ll be load with caps, stimpaks and radaway.

At low level make sure you craft them into diluted stimpaks to double your inventory. You dont need full strength at low levels anyway.
