Hi redditors! I'm seeking a Foley sound like clock sound, bird chirping or sound that is useful with drums and I want to borrow your wisdom. Do you have any recommendations for a sample pack or a person who made? I am ready to take out my wallet.

I feel a lot of inspiration from those sounds! Thanks a lot!:)
Use your phone, record clicks and clacks. Bang some pots. Snap some twigs. Whack things with metal or wood. Drop stuff. Add space after or use it raw. Make a drum machine with one hits- profit
I almost forgot Foley is in everywhere! Thanks for suggestions and I'll try it this weekend.
Hopefully someone shares the eskmo and Amon Tobin Foley pack. Used to have it years ago but it was so rich in unique Foley sounds
I really want when I hear that. I have no idea where can I ask someone but I'll keep going. Thanks for sharing!!
Splice is always a great resource as suggested, I downloaded Fairly Confusing Junk Percussion a few years ago and I've reached back into it quite a lot.
Free to use sounds on bandcamp π
Labs has a lot of foley atmospheres for free. You download stuff offf youtube as well. Or make your own
Some intersting stuff there! Thanks for sharing=)
There is a pack called foley horror or something to that extent. If not just search for said sample on YouTube and use Audacity to record it.
My sweet child. Go outside and record some birds! Go to a store and record some clocks or simply look up a YouTube video with a clock ticking and record that.
You donβt need to pay money for those sounds.
Haha, absolutely true! Back to my hometown where in the countryside may be a good chance for me to record a bunch of sounds! Thanks bro:)
A clock is pretty easy to make in serum or vital https://youtu.be/DJAVAuDpqGc?si=2hdGSDmvCSL5KJXg
The most fun way to do it is get a cheap zoom stereo hand recorder and just go record stuff.
Splice lets you buy individual samples out of packs with a monthly subscription plan. Just go on there, get some credits in your account, and then search for the specific sound you want and start filtering through the options on there.
My music is jampacked with bird sounds. It's a thing. People call me out on it. I like birds.
I started my student plan recently so I'm so exciting to seek it. Can you please dm your favorite pack ir sounds for me? thanks!
Can you dm me a link? I also like birds
Will do! Thanks!
