Could be the sharp U movement, on an angle because of the curve it has triggered the gyroscope to switch off the motors? Did it make the switch off sound in the turn or is prop wash?
Both times it happened the motors kept spinning during the crash. So I don’t think it’s the motors switching off. Whatever the issue is, DJI comes up with an excuse as to why it’s my fault and not theirs. The latest excuse is the prop guards cause flight resistance and it’s my fault that the drone fel during the U-turn, even though it’s a problem with the design of the prop guards… like come on
oh ok...I see you point. Either way, a return within 14 days of the purchase should not be questioned neither rejected.
