There a lot of advice from people here so I’m going to give mine too. You will only truly get sober when you want to. You have to make that choice. Nobody else can, or you won’t succeed. Please don’t wait till rock bottom. You will find hobbies that are more physically and mentally rewarding when you get over the hump. I know this sounds unobtainable but it is, I’ve seen it. And I believe in you.
