I know y'all get a "best pizza place" post pretty often, but I looked through a few, and didn't quite see what I was looking for.

There is a place we went to back in Illinois called baked that serves some interesting pizzas. Since moving to Colorado, we've really craved some of those pizzas but have no idea how to find them without just making it ourselves.

For an idea of the kind of pizza place we're looking for, some of our favorites were:

  • Yukon Golds Potatoes, Chili Flakes, Mozz, & Garlic Oil instead of red sauce
  • Brie and sliced radishes with a white sauce and chili flakes
  • Mushroom Confit w/ goat cheese and chili flakes
  • Sweet Corn, creme fraiche, tomato, onion, hot pepper, & garlic oil

Any idea if there are pizza places in Denver and Northern Colorado that have unique topping combinations like these available?

I did see the Paulie Walnuts pizza from White Pie, which is probably the closest to what we're thinking that I've found.
