I bought floor tickets on stubhub have not received them should I be worried?

Hi everyone!

Excited for the residency in Vegas.

I bought two floor tickets on Saturday for May 18th from stubhub. I have not received them yet. Do you think I should be worried? Can the seller change their mind and not send them? Haven’t really used stub hub to buy tickets.

There’s a shady 3rd party wallet site that I’ve received tickets on in the past for other shows. However there’s a chance they could turn someone away at the door or when getting a wristband

They are not transferable. Have a look at my GA ticket. You can resell your ticket via Ticketmaster and only via Ticketmaster for GA. I would def check in with StubHub support.

There were quite a few unhappy Phish fans screwed over by stubhub during their sphere run. I barely got in to the last D&C show in Atlanta because the seller never transferred the tickets in stubhub. The excuse stubhub gave me was the seller was in a different time zone.

Never again with stubhub. I wouldn’t risk it for the sphere.

There should be a promise date on your StubHub order

I wouldn’t worry at all, because even if it falls thru you can get tickets

Yes exactly. Even if they never send the tickets to you, stubhub will refund you in full and you will have no problem finding someone willing to actually sell you tickets. There are plenty of

The tickets are not released to you until 48 hours before the show. Unfortunately yes the person can decide not to send them to you at that time.

Just realized these are floor tickets not sure how these work since they originally said they were non transferable.

I’d try to cancel the order and buy via Ticketmaster. Please buy a resale ticket - they are all the same price of $395 total.

I called them and they said they “checked” and his explanation was that they are transferable. He claims it’s just Ticketmaster protecting its business. I don’t know what to think now. Not sure I really can trust that

The 1st level of CS won't really look into the problem. They just give a BS reason and hope it works out. Back when I worked at Stubhub that shit didn't fly! I almost got shut out of Deadco Saturday night LA bc of SH. They had no tickets and my order got dropped last minute. This year I don't think that will be a problem. So MANY face tickets for sale on TM and SH and COT! It's gonna be hard to pack 18k plus people in Vegas for 24 shows.

Called again today. They wouldn’t offer me a refund. Talked to a “supervisor” they told me they would reach out to the seller. Still not seeing how the transfer would work. It seems like they wouldn’t be able to offer GA tickets and would probably end up offering seated tickets which I’m not interested in.

Fwiw I bought fake tickets to the first and second night at the forum off SH. Never got them had to turn around and buy off Ticketmaster. Call StubHub, tell them you want to exchange for like value tickets. They’ll send you a list of tickets and one option will be to get the cash back. Good thing is the value probably is the same so you can just apply that to Ticketmaster. Good luck!

Stubhub canceled a bunch of peoples tickets for Phish at the Sphere and then resold them to make more money. I don't think they're trustworthy.

It is my understanding that ga can only be sold via Ticketmaster so they can keep the price to face value. I remember having to accept those terms when buying

I got my tix from Stub Hub. It should tell you on there when you will receive them. Sometimes it says the morning of the show. Mine are for 1st night and it said I wouldnt receive them till 10 am on the 16th but they were released weeks ago.
