![Lets say you are at the circle area, how would you describe each way to go here to a driver e.g. If I wanna go to "Sdr. tranders" Do I have to tell my friend "Stå på venstre side og gå på nr. 3 vej?"](https://i.redd.it/dndnkklzf69d1.png)

All of the comments so far are wrong, because Sdr. Tranders is the fourth exit from the roundabout in the picture. The layout of the sign can be a bit confusing, but is just supposed to indicate that when you are in a roundabout with two lanes, you shouldn't get in the left lane if you are taking the first exit. But that doesn't change the fact that the exit you want to take is the fourth one.
Just for info. That roundabout isn't a normal two lane roundabout. The diagram doesn't as much tell you what you are supposed to do as it is telling you the only way of doing it.
Normally you can take the right lane in a two lane roundabout and exit in the fourth exit. You are not supposed to, but you can. Or enter in the left lane and take the first exit. In this one you can't (without doing some illegal lane change).
Aalborg has a lot of these asymmetrical roundabouts, because they are placed on a main road like pearls on a string. The main road then have dual lanes going through the roundabout, but not to the exits past going straight.
It works really great, except when the lanes aren't clearly separated, and 1 car use both lanes.
I fucking love these roundabouts. They are so much better than normal 2 lane roundabouts
Same! Except for the last one in Aalborg Ø. It now has 3 priorities, because the highway line (from Humlebakken) connects on the side, and completely blocks both lanes on the other main in the roundabout during peak traffic.
They need to redesign that roundabout (close to the new "super hospital"), because the intended design no longer fits the traffic flow.
They are awesome, cause they force people to use the correct lane.
