No wonder we lost 🙄😂
Hey, it kept Sweden out.
Did it 😉
We did Surender to 🇸🇪 Sweden and at that time they had food on the gate and that ruin you speak of Wasn’t there 🙃 so I tell you this and the 12 thumbs of yours Mr Histories Teller ☺️ Read up
I don't know what the 12 thumbs thing is about or what you mean by food on the gate, and I'm not a mister, but yes Sweden invaded most of the country, but did they ever take Copenhagen? The defenses kept the Swedes out of the capital during a 6-month siege and then the attack that followed in 1659, did they not?
lost to whom? as far as i know it wasnt around when sweden tried to siege copenhagen in 1659.
And wouldn’t be if not re build Just the story of my proud country that I love, but we are not good at wars
Anymore…. Not since England 1013, Estonia 1219, Sweden 1570, 1613, 1660, 1720, 1809.

En klassisk sang om stedet: https://youtu.be/E0q608uWxHA?si=DY_4U4j3YnUs0Uwe :-D
Fun fact: The only part of the old walls that used to be around Copenhagen still visible, is a stone that is covered in plants right behind the bush on the right. (Source: friend who’s an archaeologist)
I admire it twice a day on the 5C.

Jaromars Tower. Named after a Wolgast prince - a heathen - hired to raid Copenhagen in 1259 by proponents of the usurper during one of many Danish civil wars of the Middle Ages.
The tower was built in 1528 not far from the spot where Jaromar breached the city wall. A spot that would come to bear his name and later pass it on to the tower.
Yes they did bit made a deal
