I have 2.5 years experience working in the restaurant Industry, serving, hosting and bussing. I have a complex relationship with the Industry, I like it but also hate it. I have been working part time in them on top of working a full time job. I don’t love the field I’m in, and feel like if I really changed my attitude and honed in on my skills I could make a career working as a GM one day. I’m a 29M turning 30 in August. For anyone who has a higher up position in the industry, what are some likes and dislikes and is it worth pursing ?
