Thats a chicken burger. You can’t prove me otherwise.
imageAmerican here, allow me to clarify:
Meat served as a hamburger is traditionally ground (minced) beef.
Turkey burgers are ground turkey.
Veggie burgers are usually minced soy/legume protein and veg.
Salmon burgers are ground salmon.
Chicken burgers would then be made with a ground chicken patty.
A chicken breast filet would be a chicken sandwich, not a burger, because the meat isn't ground or minced.
We wouldn't call a steak sandwich the same thing as a hamburger just because it is beef in a bun. It's the process that makes it a burger.
See that's just stupid, it's a chicken burger. Chicken + bun = chicken burger
It's the process of forming the meat that makes it a burger here, not the shape of the sandwich. You'd have to grind the meat first and then call it a burger.
Edit to add: it appears Aussies mistook the bun to make the burger, but it's the meat that makes the burger.
