Is it better to simply lie to most Neurotypicals?

It seems like in group settings, most people prefer to hear echo chambers and be spoon fed lies and false promises.

Politicians who get elected and stay in power, yet continue to be corrupt and fail to deliver promises, still get voted in.

Doesn’t this prove most Neurotypicals care about flattery and “niceness” even if not truthful, than anything else?

I know you shouldn’t be honest 100% of the time. Certain things should be kept to yourself.

But it seems being honest and trying to do good for others is not that valued in America anymore.

So sometimes I am at the point of wondering if truthfulness and being kind is worth it. Just tell folks what they want to hear.
