Hi! I am high right now. I had a couple of brownies and now when I close my eyes I have visions of my life, cartoons etc. Is that normal? It’s my first time so I am kinda worried.

That used to be me when I first started smoking 30 years ago. I guess my body is used to it now. I used to see full on video of scenes. Use to smoke and go lay down and close my eyes just to enjoy the visions. Enjoy it while it lasts.
That was one of my favorite experiences as well. I remember full on listening to dead Kennedy's on headphones in my bed and seeing the crazy movie that played on the inside of my eyelids.👍✌️
Very difficult to get these days, especially with concentrates. Still not too hard to get with decent quality flower. The concentrates lose the spirituality somehow.
I would suggest if weed causes you to have hallucinations or paranoia, you probably should not be doing it. There have been studies on this and certain people it can cause increased mental health symptoms. If you are a minor it's even worse for your developing brain.

Best advice I can give someone new to weed or psychedelics is, your experience is almost entirely based upon your mindset beforehand. If you are nervous thinking about everything that could go wrong you’re probably going to have a bad time, but if you have a positive mindset you will likely enjoy yourself. Often times the only caveat to this is when you take WAY more than you should have, even for experienced users it can be alarming and put you in a bad position. But guess what, there’s still a solution to it. If you can calmly tell yourself that your experience is simply an altered reality from what you are used to, but recognize that it is simply a temporary alteration to only your perspective. Then you realize in reality the world Is still the same as it ever was

Idk I do this constantly. My thought process is a combination of my grandpa's voice telling me where I fucked up and a little movie snip of what I'm thinking of.
This is also normal for many people when they are tired, when they go to sleep happy, have been playing a lot of video games (tetris effect), and so on.

Yes, it is normal and it will be different for different people. The psychoactive ingredients in cannabis (THC, mostly) can cause euphoric feelings, distorted vision, and what I like to call "subconscious leakage". That last one is as you described, when you close your eyes and get a movie or cartoon like animation, and it's one of the effects I tend to like, but that's just me.
So, breathe and put on some of your favorite music, or a funny movie / show and enjoy the ride. If the effects get to be too much, call someone you trust to be your guide / hold your hand (metaphorically), or help you seek medical care if it really gets out of hand. Just remember, that you ultimately won't go crazy from it or die, and the affects will revert after a number of hours.
