Looks like over extrusion to me, what's your infill set to? If it's 100% then when the printer does the final layer the filament has expanded slightly with all the previous fill underneath it and you can get this "muffin top" effect.
3 days ago i printed the gcode file perfect.. but after that i replaced my ugly home made Extruder wires with wires from Amazon.. And i used to use Elegoo PLA.. This time im using Overture PLA.. And as of right now i dont have Elegoo to try.. waiting for it
This is 100% an offset issue. Every time you do anything to the printehead, you need to recalibrate by finding proper offset and temperature profiles. Looks like overextrusion and too high of an z offset. Temp might be too high, but check offset first.
Looks like extruder/extrusion issue. Temp not hot enough or too far away from print.
