I have a K2M and it seems as though the bed isn't getting properly leveled, or the software isn't correctly using the mesh created.
The center seems to be lower than the sides/corners which results in horrible first layers for larger prints, and failed prints far more often.
How can I fix this?
So this program allows you to adjust the "mesh" via the gcode? This is cool Ill have to try this out. I don't speak German so hopefully the program is straight forward enough lol

Exactly. I print over the whole bed First layer cubes, then adjust the mesh via gcode. Repeat it until the cubes looking nice and then it should produce good results.

I've used both the default starting Gcode and one with the added M240 line and neither worked
Same here. Opened a ticket with Anycubic about that. They're response was
“Adding a rubber or metal spacer under the problematic heat bed will solve the problem”
That really pissed me off. I replied that that's not a proper answer, since it has autoleveling and no way to fix that manually. This means the autoleveling is not working properly.
They're response to the second email: "You follow my steps first and then test."

I just bought silicone bushings for the hotbed on Amazon and they will be coming in on Friday. I'll keep everyone updated on it and how easy/difficult this is to fix. The bushings were only like $9, so hopefully it's a cheap fix. Although, I do agree that Anycubic telling you to solve the issue yourself instead of offering a quality auto-leveling system in the first place is pretty stupid 😂
Update on this. I just replaced the raisers of the bed with springs, so I can adjust the bed manually using the same screws. I adjusted the bed by hand, followed by an automatic bed adjustment. It's perfect!

He has a couple very good videos for leveling the K2Max. Even after you add the silicon spacers and use the depth gauge to tram the bed, you'll also want to print https://www.printables.com/model/671915-anycubic-kobra-2-max-bed-level-first-layer-calibra and make slight manual adjustments as needed. After running the AutoBedLevel function, add BED_MESH_PROFILE LOAD="default" on a separate line after your G28 line in your start gcode.
I changed the metal spacers under the bed with silicone spacers. Then with the help of a dial indicator I manually adjusted the height of the bed until it was properly leveled. If you search "Kobra 2 max dial indicator" on Printables there is a guy that posted all the models and the links to help you do that.
I have a kobra 2 Neo and found that it helped when I adjusted the extrusion tension. I loosened it a bit “looked at my fillament and saw it had gear marks which I guess is bad? Idk still new” and lowered the temp. I had to go back and adjust the z offset to what the auto level said it was cause it was pushing out too much. Idk maybe something to look into?
