Blue Ice Stache 25L opinions wanted

I'm looking for a very lightweight and minimalistic alpinism backpack.
Currently considering the Blue Ice stache and BD Blitz 20, but I cannot find a review of the Stache.

The Stache would cost me 30€ more (90 instead of 60, as I can have a pro deal on BD).
The straps on the Stache are thinner, thus more breathable but (probably) less comfortable.
The Stache is larger by 5L.
The Stache is lighter by 50g.

Has anyone used either of these (or a similar pack) ? Any input would be appreciated.
Of course I'm open to considering other options

Edit:
Ended up buying the Stache, I haven't used it but I'm not happy about the fact that my scale reports a 8% higher weight than stated (360g vs 340).
Removing the foam pad (the "frame") saves 30g, removing the hip belt another 25g.

Haven't used either but looked at both in the store.

The bd blitz has no side compression straps which is an immediate no for me. I hate to have a rope attached only on the top and flopping around.

To me it's a no brainer in favor of the Stache, but we all have our own price sensitivity I guess.

Yes, I'm leaning towards the Stache for that reason, though I wasn't sure the straps would be long enough to fix a rope. Did you have a chance to verify that in the shop? I'm not that price sensitive, however considering the fabrics won't last as long as on a regular pack, cheaper is definitely better.

Thoughts on the Stache after trying it briefly:

The straps are very thin, basically no padding at all. Definitely not a pack to be carrying around any kind of heavy load.
The compression straps are a nice feature on a pack this light. They are long enough to fix any of my ropes even when the pack is fully stuffed.
On the other hand, the compression straps are really small and fiddly and kind of a pain to work with when you've got gloves on.
I thought the mesh pocket on the side was dumb before I tried it, but it's actually perfect for carrying a picket and now I've grown to love it.
The Stache has a dedicated pocket for a hydration bladder if that matters to you. The blizt doesn't.
The opening for the Stache is just a simple drawcord. There's no flap or collar to cover the drawcord opening. If you overload the pack and it's snowing/spindrifting, it will get inside the body of the pack.
The Stache has a small zippered pocket, but it shares volume with the main bag, so if the bag is full it's hard to access. The Blitz has a much better design where the zippered pocket is separate from the main compartment so it's easy to access no matter how full the bag is.

I'm so baffled why so many backpack rn don't have side pockets, they're so convenient for long poky things, random snacks, or even just to tug the rope buddle into. Sometimes I put my sandals in there

I suppose because unless the item inside is secured to the pack, the not-always-perfectly-upright nature of the sport would make everything come out.
I wish more packs had them though!

Thanks for the detailed reply! Just to give a little more info, I plan on using the pack for not very technical climbs in the summer or shoulder season, so in mild weather.

Having compression straps is great, glove issue isn't a big deal for me.
I'm not sure whether bladder in the pack or bottle in the front (with "adapter") would be faster, but it's good to have the option.
Yeah, I'm not a fan of the Stache opening either, but I don't plan on using it while it snows.
The shared pocket thing is definitely annoying! I have a Ferrino pack that has the same and it's something that shouldn't exist

I have the BD Blitz 20. I also had the BD Blitz 28. I do not see any major advantages or disadvantages to the Stache. You can carry a picket in or on the Blitz, but it is not quick or convenient.

IMO, the key to enjoying these nearly incompressible minimalist backpacks is neither to underfill them nor overload them. If you are carrying a rack, wear your harness and carry your climbing gear on the harness. If you are carrying a rope, carry it over your shoulder in a mountaineer‘s coil. Put a compressible puffy jacket in the pack to keep it from being underfilled.
