I had a guest request a stay for four which is my maximum. Her message was

“Hello, My name is “insert name” and I will be with my 3 daughters for the weekend. We are having a relaxing girls weekend for my youngest daughters birthday. I will treat your home as if its my own and leave it the same way I found it. I appreciate you and I hope you decide to let us stay in your lovely home!

They checked in at 5pm. Around 8 pm more young women started showing up. It’s currently 9:40pm and there are 9 guests in the home. They brought in a bunch of food and some balloons. I’m not yet sure if they are being excessively loud, but I know for a fact that they brought way more guests than booked for. My quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7am. Should I let it slide for another hour or contact air bnb immediately? Should I give them the option to pay an extra guest fee or leave the property? Any other advice is appreciated. My rules do state no parties. I also sent the a message to the booking guest this morning telling her no other guests are allowed on the property, no parties, etc. I have a ring flood light outside of the front door. I can hear music but I’m not sure if it’s because the door is just open or they are being crazy loud.

Update: I fell asleep and woke back up at 1:30 am. At least 10 more people showed up. It’s definitely a party. Air bnb isn’t doing anything about it.
