I'm 14F and 100% could NEVER tell my family about this, I need to be discrete <3

I'm looking to learn about age regression and I'd like to do it as a form of self-help, but I'm not too sure where to start or how to do it. could anybody help me out?

Is there any gear I should get? Etc etc...

Welcome to the community!

It’s totally okay and valid to not want to tell your parents! You can easily keep regression private by hiding your gear good.

I have a few tips on gear that don’t scream age-regression.

Like : adult coloring books, stuffed animals, soft blankets and cute room decorations!

You could also get gear like pacifiers! Now, it is very easy to buy them in a baby size. But they can be really bad for your teeth! So my advice would be to buy an adult size pacifier from Etsy, rearz or baby your doll! You could also modify a baby pacifier to have an adult teeth. It’s best to do this with a MAM pacifier.

You could also buy bottle/ sippy cups!

If you are worried about your parents finding these items, you could make an agere-bin. That has all your agere items in it. Cover it with a blanket and put it in your closet or under your bed!

We don’t have a lot of slang, but here are some Little - a person who feels like a 0-8 year old Middle - a person who feels like a 8-18 year old! Paddedagere - littles who also like pull-ups and diapers cg - means caregiver, someone who helps you in your regression!

For abbreviations, there's agereg or agere (age regression); agedre (age dreaming); cglre (caregiver little regression- don't use cgl though, that's nsfw); and that's all I can think of for now.

For gear, you don't need any BUT depending on how old you regress to you might be able to get away with some stuff. It's not completely out of the ordinary for a teen to have teddies (I'm 15M and have loads lol), and you could watch older kid shows (like gravity falls) and just say it's for nostalgia, or you could say your friend is really into it. And you might be able to get away with buying 'childish' snacks, like animal crackers and hello pandas (they're really tasty).

I never have to explain gravity falls since I rewatched it like a few months ago and was ranting to my mum about it 😂 gravity falls is just too iconic! And yeah I already have stuffies that I’ve had for ages, too! Thanks for your help 🩷🎀

Age dreaming is when you surround yourself with childlike items and engage in childlike activities- e.g colouring or watching a kids' TV show- but don't actually mentally regress :)

that’s okay! some things i recommend that regressors tend to enjoy is baby bottles (or adult sized ones, both are good), sippy cups, adult pacis, adult deco pacis, stuffies, toys from shows you like when regressing (mlp, bluey, hello kitty, etc), other toys like blocks and slime/putty, coloring books and crayons or markers, and kids books. of course you don’t have to have any of these things to regress, but they can be helpful in helping you get there and enjoying you’re time being little.

the most discreet items i recommend are cute blankets, stuffies, cute water bottles, “collectors items” (toys), adult coloring books, fidgets, and adult pacis because theyre easy to hide under a pillow.

My best advice is to follow this sub. It’s immensely thoughtful and informative. If you look back through old posts you’ll find everything you need. Also like you no one irl knows about my regression or what it means for me to live the life of a flip. So good luck and get reading!!!

Depending on your little age, you might be able to keep some of your childhood stuff for "memories" like ur first stuffie or stuff like that. I have a stuffed made from my baby clothes which I use to regress and i also have a teether I use to regress that I have because I like to bite anything in sight :3 you don't need gear tho, there are plenty of cartoons, YouTube videos, games, etc that can be used instead!!
