Best of luck to you! Itās been nice for me putting the data in a spreadsheet so I can see the progress. I used to get too obsessive about numbers, feeling like I was good or bad based on the figures on the scale. Putting it in a spreadsheet helps me feel like itās just data, because thatās really all it is!
Tbh itās not exciting but I just behaved exactly the same; making sure I was eating the same amounts I usually do when Iām on the shot. Iāve found that my body has adjusted to eating less, and Iām pretty routine about my breakfast and lunch meals so I just tried my best not to do anything different than usual. I find it helpful to get protein in first thing in the morning to take me through lunch. Usually a 30g protein shake and some whole wheat toast with peanut butter.
I love how you did thigh one week and went to stomach. I tried my R thigh a couple weeks ago and it felt like a knife going in my thigh. Stomach it is!
