I cancelled my WoT+ the second I claimed it and it decides to renew itself again without my knowledge, WG support says they can't do anything because I logged in which is just wrong. I had this happen once before (but in that case I forgot to cancel) and I simply gave them a list of the daily login rewards and other things I utilised (in this case demounting 3x equipment) and they were then happy to refund me, now this other WG employee doesn't seem to want to follow up on that.

File a claim with you credit card company. That’s why they’re there.
be carefull with this, if you refund wg might close your account
i would open another ticket if you were helped before op. i had to have 2 tickets before a skin was refunded because said skin appeared in twitch drops 1 day later.
sure they can close your account and all your stuff all of a sudden is their stuff such as gold/premium tanks etc... hey I have a news for you - they can do it in any moment of time, not waiting for a "non existing reason for refund"

Either way it sucks cause you are customer and they are owners of their goods, in this case your account with bunch of stuff you paid for and yet they can do whatever they want with it and your knowing as well. Tough choice right:)
