I cancelled my WoT+ the second I claimed it and it decides to renew itself again without my knowledge, WG support says they can't do anything because I logged in which is just wrong. I had this happen once before (but in that case I forgot to cancel) and I simply gave them a list of the daily login rewards and other things I utilised (in this case demounting 3x equipment) and they were then happy to refund me, now this other WG employee doesn't seem to want to follow up on that.
