If Trump wins and tries to start an autocracy it is up to us to protest. We need to be disrespectful, disruptive and loud. We can fight this until they eventually implode.
In the end, fascists will eat their own.
I wonder how eager people will be to protest after Trump has the first few groups gunned down.
The funny thing about doing those things is, it radicalizes people and makes things so much worse for the oppressor.
Putin never got deposed. What makes you think Trump would be?
We are not Russians , for one.
For two, our military already stood up to Trump once.
3: We as a populace still have 2a.
Better start buying now.
Oh I’m sure gun confiscations will be one of the first things Glorious Leader does. He’s already talked about it as well
I know you’re probably joking, but any attempt at wide scale gun confiscation simply can’t be done in the US. I’m not talking about policy, but more-so about logistics. There are simply way too many guns for any policy to be moderately effective. It would be a massive resource sink with basically no change.
For better or worse, guns will always be entrenched in this country.
Question remains: is Trump's sway so strong over his supporters that he could convince them to surrender their firearms?
