So I started 4 weeks ago at .25 dose and am down 3 pounds, which is great, but I’m curious if I need to step up to .50 dose or if I’m seeing good enough progress to stay at .25?

This drug is amazing and it’s helping me make better food choices and eliminate the food noise snacking in between meals! I haven’t had any side effects other than a little nausea the day of injection.

For reference: SW: 178, CW:175, GW: 135-140.
