Vitamin D is a substance that's produced in the skin when it's exposed to strong sunlight. In recent years it's been determined that many people are Vitamin D deficient, likely as a result of too much time spent indoors.

Vitamin D deficiency is been correlated/associated with a wide range of disease conditions including Alzheimers, heart disease, osteoporosis, and many more. While it's unclear whether Vitamin D plays a direct role in preventing many of these diseases, this sub is devoted to the idea that the process of making Vitamin D through exposure to sunlight could have a major impact on everyone's health and wellbeing.

Has anyone recovered from hair fall due to vitamin d deficiency and hypothyroidism?If yes,how many months it took for the hair fall to stop and did you have hair regrowth?
