Hi everyone! I was placed on the reserve list for the MSc Finance program at LSE about a month ago, and my application for my second-choice program is STILL under consideration. Has anyone been in this situation before and can share their experience or what to expect?

I understand that the chances are slim anyway since few candidates withdraw from the program, making spots available for those on the reserve list. LSE mentioned in their email that a final decision would be given by mid-August, which would be too late.

Fortunately, I have offers from Warwick, Imperial, Manchester, and Bayes, but I need to accept one of them by their deadlines between July 10th and 15th. I'm worried I won't receive a decision on my second-choice program by then. Would reaching out to the university be helpful in this situation? Thank you!
