No mate it doesn't. You watch the sport from the couch. You suffer from the Dunning Kruger effect.
I would be willing to bet I have worked more soccer games than you have ever attended or played in.
Highly unlikely mate. Considering you said "worked". You don't "work" a game as a player or a coach. At best you work the game as a referee. Which has no overlap to understanding pro/rel.
The only way to understand pro/rel is by working on the business side of soccer. Something you will never do. This explains why you struggle to comprehend how the sport works
Lmfao. You worked all around the world? And still are this dumb? Or you worked a bit in the US and know everything.
I don’t know everything, just more than you
You only know by living, you have lived nothing. "Working" in the US means very little. You have no idea how poorly soccer works in the US compared to other nations.
I have lived more soccer than you
How many countries have you played in? How many competitive adult matches have you played in? Have you been paid to play? Have you played for promotion? Have you played in professional matches?
Have you been at least paid to coach? Coached academy matches? Coached adult matches? Coached in a job where if you lose you will get fired? Coached professional matches? Coached abroad?
Being in the business side especially in the US is far from living the sport. If all of those questions are a no for you, then please stop speaking about other people's livelihoods. No pro/rel is absolutely disastrous for a majority of players and limits coaches. And last I checked the fans come to see players in a team coached by coaches. Those are the most important people in the sport other than fans.
Pro/Rel has been disastrous for players and coaches.
You clearly don’t know the first thing about the sport and it shows.
Most people who play and coach don’t know or even care to know how the business operates.
