Was getting a farmers wrap this morning and seen a drive thru tenant stick their finger in a drive thru order to pull out a hair from their drink then wiped there finger on the counters edge. No glove on hand Sorry you dranked a contaminated beverage thinking it was safe to food safety standards. @Tims is this standard SoP practice?
Tim's in Kitchener drive thru had a finger dip in there drink
discussionThey are getting so disgusting I found fly in my wrap 🤢🤮
Seems to be common practice
I've been served donuts and cookies that were dropped on the floor in front of my face, then looked at like I was drunk when I asked for a new one
Corporate's response to my complaint e-mail was "What do you want us to do about it?"
They don't give a shit anymore dude, they gave up a long time ago
Damn, the only time I ever done that is when I know it’s in fact for their pets. What awful employees tbfh
Weber st location?
I ordered a hot dog it was a literal turd instead of a wiener.
Like a literal turd.
Hahaha dranked
I've watched these simpletons spray windex on the inside of the window where all the baked good are kept on display.... And no they did not take any of the pastries out... just sprayed windex overtop them....
After experiencing some of this ourselves, reading these posts and others on various forums, now let’s all imagine what else might go on that we don’t ever see. Like stuff at the back, in the kitchen or between bathroom to the kitchen.
Gross...I probably would have just said something. It's gross but alot of people get on auto pilot and don't even pay attention to what they are doing. Like the girl at subway who threw a bunch of stuff in the garbage, didn't change gloves and wanted to take my order. Simply said hey can you wash and put on clean gloves please. 🤷‍♀️
Sad thing is the other worker seen it and gave the universal hand wave of that's alright... Last time I voiced something at a Tim's it didn't stop the issue nor helped my order. I stopped going to that location as I will with this location. I'm Kinda like these places showing no food standards it's saving me money on coffee's and take away expenses.
Oh gross ugh I'd be avoiding that! I've successfully avoided Tim's for about three years now since they had somehow gotten a literal rock in my sealed beverage and blamed lol the sad reality is alot of gross stuff happens in restaurants and fast food establishments
Why does Tim Hortons hate Canadians?
Because they're not Canadian owned
Was in drive thru the other night and the cashier needed help on the register. The guy just put gloves on to go prepare food. It was an overnight shift so just them working. He came over and punched in the stuff on the register with the gloves on. Then I seen him go over to prepare food. Guess he thought his hands were clean still. Absolutely disgusting he should have changed his gloves.
No gloves is SOP because it's the safest way to handle food.
