I was wondering what the best supplements are for mental health. After quitting Kratom and weed, I've been looking for ways to more naturally boost my mood. I've been taking magnesium for a few days for sleep, and today bought 5htp but upon further research found that it may not be the best thing to take. I've been in a really dark place the past few months and am desperately looking for ways to better my self without drugs. Any suggestions?
