From what I’ve picked up, these calls are unhedged, as they begin to be exercised they go to the lit markets, impacting price and pushing it up because they’re unhedged. And with how many calls he has to do this with, I expect significant buy pressure.

He could have exercised way more last week by using the profit from the options. At $26/share he can only use the 30M in cash he has which is “only” 1.5 of the 12M shares. He could have exercised for 8M last week.
If he had done it last week MSM would be screaming manipulation, the SEC would get involved and RK would be called before congress... again.

He has already committed the premiums, so that is a sunk cost… if it closes above $20, he’s likely to exercise as many as he can. If it closes below $20, he’s likely to buy more… and the company could start buying back shares if it goes too low. We don’t know if they have sold more shares already, but if so, they will have more cash on hand and it increases the floor on the share price before SHF are in danger of the company doing a buy back and RC and insiders doubling up. They are trapped between letting it run and dropping it too low. I suspect we’ll see more run ups in after hours to about where the last 2 were ($60-80 range) before slamming it back down, but we’ll see.
The company wouldn’t buy back shares unless it’s hitting low single digits. Even then they need to start making profits for it to make sense. I’m convinced retail would keep the price above any price gme would do a buyback. But it’s nice insurance.
They will be profitable going forward… even if it’s just based on interest from their Billion$ in cash.
Interest on cash you raised from dilution is not a business strategy. Their revenues are suffering. They need growth and what they’ve tried so far hasn’t worked and we have no guidance.
What I’m saying is the business is in a drastically different position than it was previously and the dilutions that raised cash were done at opportune times and were additive to the health of the business and its profitability going forward. Yes, revenues have plummeted and that’s an issue, but they have set themselves up for optionality going forward either investing in the core business, branching out into other businesses or acquiring companies that will help grow the company. GME is one of the most financially stable companies right now because of their dilutions to raise cash.

RK's calls amount to 12mil shares afaik, we are being diluted by 75mil. This price action is normal coupled with hedgie crimes.
RK falls out of money, this changes nothing at all. Besides, that might just be the .... Hedgies have to short further to drop the price as apes don't sell and GME becomes stronger than ever.

He could exercise some on Wednesday. This forces a share locate. This probably results in a small ramp into Thursday. Then he exercises more.
The key here is the option shares must be bought. He is owed those shares regardless of price, even below $20. And he can exercise at any point prior to them expiring.
As the price climbs he is able to exercise more as he can sell fewer options (without exercising) to attain the cash to exercise the others.
Exercising below 20 is pointless and doesn’t do anything. Whoever sold him the contract not only has his premium but also $20/share that they can go buy shares for cheaper.

He can only exercise 1.5M shares with his cash position. That’s a lot but not when the company is diluting 75M shares and the stock is trading below your exercise price in this case.

I think a lot of it is going to depend on the Shareholder meeting.
If they announce that they raised a bunch of capital but don’t have any big plans like last time, then that would be a bad sign.

You need to learn options. Breakeven is 27 but not due to anything other than the premium he paid. They are worthless at $20 though. There’s a lot of money between break even and worthless.

One would usually get them for leveraged, fast profit if they are so close to expiry. Again it's basically an extremely bullish / close to crazy bet he took. I'm sure he has his reasons...maybe the cycles? Who knows? Still I wouldn't encourage anyone to copy this trade. There's plenty of other later expiry dates too.

They aren't worthless. They could still be exercised if he wanted to. In terms of an investment, yes, useless. It depends how serious he is about delivering his message.
You are correct. If it falls below, say $18 a share, I would say it would be better to just buy outright. From the looks of it, at max, he could buy around 1.5 to 2 million shares with his free cash.

IMO he could exercise a bunch early (even OTM if necessary) which would likely push the price up enough to get the others ITM by expiry. Also lots of other stuff is in play currently that could easily push the price up if any of it pans out (swaps, shareholding meeting news, + many tinfoil theories)
