Reprinted and looks kinda better than the previous attempt. Any other ways to improve for a smoother print?
HelpGive us more info. Like slicer settings: temp, cooling, layer time, speed. Without it we can only guess. I think that your temp is too high or/and cooling is not enough. I can see underextrusion as well.

Speed, temperature and cooling. Share those info with us.

That’s speed. Temp is 255 nozzle and 100 for the base. How do you check cooling?
Jesus, that high? For what filament? PLA? If its PLA set temp to 190-210C and bed to 55C. Set cooling to 100%. Yours temps are set like you would print an engineering filament (nylon for example) but those filament require an heated enclosure.
How do you change the temp?
Ow boy. If you want to mess around with 3d printing you have to learn a lot. It's not plug and play thing Search for tutorials. In example: https://youtu.be/_kIqMPNQNSw?si=PK1lLYriynZLq7Ml
I changed the bed temp and now the print is sticking to the nozzle. What’s the best bet?
Did you set your Z height? Do you know what that is?
Please do yourself a favor and go to YouTube and start watching videos on 3D printing for beginners. NO shame in being a beginner, you got to start somewhere.
There is just too much for us to cover, and you know so little you can't even articulate most of what is going on.
Yeah my z height and offset is all set. But it still just won’t stick properly
What specific filament (PLA, PETG etc.) are you using? It sounds like maybe you picked the "default" for the wrong filament type.
What slicer are you using?
I’m using PLA. I’ve changed my settings but now my print will not stick to the floor and keeps moving
The PLA I use has a highest temp of 220c and lowest is 190c bed is 25-60c. I usually only go slightly past 200 with a speed of about 88 and the recommended for mine is 40-90.
