- Vague, contextless, memetic, clickbait, ALL CAPS or inaccurate titles are not allowed.
- Posts are required to be flaired appropriately to the content within.

- ###### 2. Spoiler Definitions
- As the Series has concluded, we no longer have any spoiler rules on this subreddit, with the following exceptions: 
- No Spoilers in titles (see separate rule below)
- No intentional Spoilers: If another user admits they are not caught up yet, sending them spoilers in comments or DMs will result in an immediate ban.

- ###### 3. No Spoilers in Titles
- We want our subreddit to be welcoming to new viewers and readers. Please do not include spoilers in your title that could negatively impact the first watch. This includes:  
- character deaths  
major plot development  
names of consequence  
secret identities from the anime  
- **This rule applies to all anime content irrespective of which season it is from.**

- ###### 4. General Conduct and Inciting Drama
- First and foremost: Remember the human. Be kind, respectful, and use common sense; remain civil even if you disagree with someone or something.  
- Do not insult, degrade, or denigrate others, or use slurs or derogatory language.
- Do not spam, troll, [attempt to incite drama](https://redd.it/phbj69), or post on behalf of banned users.
- No Brigading. 
- Posts attacking individuals or other communities are not permitted. If a screenshot of an online conversation is posted, any names/avatars etc. must be redacted.
- No IMDB/MAL ratings drama.

- ###### 5. Low Quality/Unrelated Content 
- Do **NOT** post: 
- AI-generated art or content
- Content unrelated to Attack on Titan. As a general rule of thumb, if you can't tell it's about Attack on Titan without any accompanying text, then it most likely will not comply with the rule.
- Images/memes lacking notable editing effort.
- Images of common merchandise. 

- **This rule is enforced at mod discretion.** 

- ###### 6. Source Your Fanart / Cosplays
- All non-OC art posts must have the name of the artist in the title, and a link to the source in the comments. If you made it, tag the content as OC! If possible, please link directly to the original post rather than reuploading to redd.it or imgur.

- ###### 7. Self-promotion policy
- Reddit is a community, NOT a platform for self-promotion or advertising merchandise [Remember the Self-Promotion 90:10 rule](https://www.reddit.com/wiki/selfpromotion). Threads advertising Discord servers or other subreddits are also prohibited.

- ###### 8. Search Before Posting
- Frequently reposted content or the [top 200 posts](https://www.reddit.com/r/ShingekiNoKyojin/top/?sort=top&t=all) will be removed. Questions that are answered in the FAQ or that have been recently asked are also subject to removal.

- ###### 9. Links to illegal sources are prohibited
- We support the Official Release of Attack on Titan in their respective platforms. Asking for an illegal link will have your post and/or comment removed.

- Overly NSFW content is not allowed, whether in the form of an image post or text. Examples would include sexualized fan-fiction, overtly sexualized images including pinups, topless pictures, or any implied sexual conduct.
