Why does no one understand that this is because of the bug that happend!? They already apologised and said they will hand out compensation. Im not a fan of CG either, but this is just unnecesary...

Programmer here. I can assure you that you do not need an update at all to send those rewards though. An update would be for bug fixing yes, as it requires to modify the game’s code, but to deliver those rewards you can just create a quick program from outside of the game which calculates according to the last tb results which rewards to distribute, and then send them exactly like how they send gear when you accidentally buy something etc.
I know. But usually thats the time they send that. Like "Hey the Bug is fixed. Heres some stuff."
