I have a unique artist topic channel. For the past three months, my releases have been appearing on a channel called 'Release - Topic' instead of my unique artist topic channel.

This issue occurs only on YouTube and YouTube Music, while releases on platforms like Spotify and Apple Music are correct.

According to the support article, this is a temporary channel for Art Tracks, but even after 30 days, they are not being assigned to my unique topic channel.

While I can resolve this by submitting a content mapping request, it takes time to process and is inconvenient to submit such requests repeatedly.

Can you help resolve this issue?

about 10 days ago I released my single (still in review) but I forgot to select amazon music on stores, can I add it once it's been approved? this is my familys main music service so I really want it to be on there

So I have already posted some music before on YouTube and Soundcloud through my own personal accounts. Now I am using Routenote to release a tune for the first time on streaming service, is there a way for me to release the songs on existing YouTube channel or soundcloud account? I have already released the song on yt and soundcloud but I am just asking if i can do it in the future safely.

1. We have had one of our band's (band A) songs on "Release - Topic" for over a year. What needs to be done?
2. When we upload a video with one of our other new band's (band B) song (not yet 30 days on YouTube), YouTube detects the song and says, "Copyright-protected content found. The owner allows the content to be used on YouTube." Isn't it supposed to mean we're not allowed to use it?

Hi Routenote, what are you doing about illegal bot streaming? If you are detecting an illegal bot streaming are you taking down the release? what about if the artist or label are not involved, or did not pay for it but still you took down the release? How accurate is your detection, what if you made a mistake? are you incentivised to detect illegal bot streaming and tag it that way to avoid releasing funds to struggling artists?

Hey I have a release that got distributed last Friday and I'm trying to claim my Artist profile on Spotify. I've been trying everyday but no results are showing when I write any artist name, like even random names not just mine. Anyone facing this problem? when I write in the box the loading circle appears for a second then disappears and nothing happens

I know the site/app is going through A LOT of releases and that things are heavily slowed down at the moment - which is why I wanted to say I appreciate that RouteNote was able to keep review time within reason (10 days) for me, including review time for a release that needed fixing. Thanks for all you do. I know I’ve been talking to support a lot due to my schedule and I recognise how thorough everybody I’ve been speaking to has been - I can see you’re doing your best and I hope it’ll soon pay off for everybody else as well, including and most importantly the people hard at work there to assure review time goes back to what it used to be. Hello RouteNote

I uploaded my song on April 20th and it was approved on May 3rd, 2024. I wait and wait but it doesn't show up on Spotify or anywhere else, what's the problem??!?

It's been like 2 weeks since I've uploaded my music. It's still pending for approval. I'd love to have an expected approval date to further plan everything else

a week ago i uploaded two songs. they still on pending moderation but i wanted to know if theres any way to cancel the upload because i wanna change something about one song and also not wait 1908393713 days to get an email response of a bot. thanks

I wrote music for a short film, and am now publishing the soundtrack. Under "Originally Released" should I put the date that the film was released, or the day that the soundtrack will be released?

its my first time releasing music with routenote and it said it would take maximun 72 hours to approve the release but its been a week alredy. Is there any reason for this? i had my release date set to the 31 of this month so im kinda concerned especially after i paid 20 dollars for the premium plan.

I heard distrokid deletes your releases after some years if you dont pay again your plan. If im using the free version on routenote, it is going to be deleted from all platforms after some years? Thanks!!
