My wife and I share credit cards and recently we had fraud on our credit card. The problem is, many of the fraud were apple.com and gave no information if it was from ROK or not. Many were random charges like $14.97, which clearly was not from ROK. We did our best trying to separate fraud from legit transactions. Today my wife’s account is block for “refund abuse.” I tried to reach out to customer support through the menu setting but it was only a bot. I’d be happy to pay the amount that we owe but I couldn’t get in touch with customer support. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks!
