Our current house has been gifted to us, we’re thinking of renting a place out using low income housing for 1k a month then rent our house for 2.5k a month.

I mean it’s the only way to leverage it or else I’d be paying 2-3k for rent and not be profitable. Poor get poorer rich get richer
I pay enough taxes to the government not to use them in this situation. Just paid my house taxes too. Fuck them
How would you be paying 2-3k in rent if you were gifted a house? And if you’re using low income housing assistance, you aren’t just taking advantage of what YOU paid into the government, you are taking advantage of what ALL OF US paid into it
