Can tell you didn't work at QT durring 2020, we had signs in all black with white lettering planted on every counter face/wall and corner of the store that stated " we will not allow refills until the pandemic has ended or a cure is found..." People still came in asking... long story short.. CUSTOMERS CAN'T READ. They still don't read the signs on the roller grills, saying they are still cooking and go, "Why is this raw!?" 🙄
I say, we don't have any raw product, throw it in the microwave.

It's that they've gotten used to how we allow refills etc and let simple stuff slide like ice cups, blah blah that they thought QT wouldn't enforce stuff forreal. I remember people asking everyday, the same damn people asking if we did refills and I'd just point to the sign. They didn't want to read

All of the ones in my area are the same. It helps to spread it out too when there are multiple people prepping their coffees during the rush.
There are a lot of people that like to lick the lids. This will reduce licker congestion.

Because there are 42 slots and there is STILL gonna be at least one customer thats gone ask "is there a lid for my coffee cup?" As they stand rightnext to them where it says LIDS FIT ALL SIZES.😑
It’s dumb for now but some of those spaces will be the lids for phase 2…the new nitro coffees, cold coffees etc.
