If you're worried about your door opening during the car wash just lock it. The recall states that there is only a risk of the door opening when unlocked.
Second this. The issue is the back door short circuiting and triggering an attempt and opening the door. If the door is locked it will not do anything. If you take it through an automatic wash, if you put it in park just lock the doors.
