I feel like you can tell new anime fans vs old anime fans by how much they wank ultra instinct
Goku going super saiyan for the first time is probably the most culturally significant thing shonen has ever done. The only thing close might be Yu Gi Oh and Exodia having kids spending hundreds of dollars trying to get 5 cards that aren’t even good.
ultra instinct literally broke the internet, if you were back then yk how almost all anime websites were down, and what happened in Mexico, any type of dodging nowadays is associated with UI, both were iconic, new anime watchers are the ones who say gear 5th was iconic
What do you kids even mean when you say "break the internet"? does it mean google stopped working or facebook went down?
if you were back then
By this statement alone I can guarantee I was watching anime before you
all anime websites were down
Cap. If you mean some shitty piracy sites went down like they do every other month than sure.
what happened in Mexico
Why do dragon ball fans act like having a lot of fans in Mexico is a big deal?
any type of dodging nowadays is associated with UI
No its not, get out of your bubble.
new anime watchers are the ones who say gear 5th was iconic
Didn't say that idiot, I said Super Saiyan and Exodia where more iconic but keep trying to make up arguments. Hello Kitty Solos your verse on a bad sales month.
I agree with a lot of what you are saying, but I also feel like you are wanking a bit too much about Exodia.
I grew up with Dragonball, Yugioh etc probably the same age around as you did. But Exodia is and always was a just a solid 3/10 for me and my bubble. I haven't heard the name in decades.
Not to be offensive about it, just a reminder that we all live in different bubbles. You are no exception.
blud is angry, calm down kid, aint even talking about you with the last sentence im just saying you should focus on these new kids more, if you dont know how famous that episode of UI were its not my problem, not all anime (piracy) websites will close on the same day for the whole day right? If you dont believe it then thats up to you but there was no anime episode that compared to it in terms of popularity back then not saying its the most iconic but compared to anime yes its one of the most popular episodes ever, the anime websites at that day reported that servers cant handle these amount of people.
break the internet: means too popular, can mean websites were down, can mean the most iconic.
You are the new kids, like if you think something that came out in 2018 is old that I don’t know what to tell you.
I keep forgetting that dragon ball fans are the original retard fan group in the anime world.
i didnt even mean kid here by how old are you or how much you watched anime your reply surprised me I didnt expect you to get this riled up over something this subjective. I just wanted to reply that yeah the most iconic was super saiyan but even ultra instinct "broke the internet" several anime websites were down, they reported being not able to handle the numbers if I remember correctly, it was trending. thats all calm down I aint as a big of a fan as you thats my experience, never experienced the same ever again
What doesn't break the internet these days?
DBZ twists broke the world without even using internet
it's not much but crunchyroll did crash for ep 1071
