Where do homeless people typically die?

Some of us see homeless on a daily basis. Some - all day, everyday.

While a lot are in obvious rough shape - you don't see/hear much of their passing.

Are homeless typically just "found dead"? At camps/tents/etc?

Or are they eventually brought into the system and die at hospitals?
