Thats only Pain and Konan and Kisame later but it was left unclear. Nagato painted an entirely different picture of his plans when talking to Hidan, so him, Itachi, Sasori, Deidara, Kakuzu and Orochimaru for sure never learned it. I like to think Sasori would've been interested in the moon eye but Orochima, Deidara and Hidan, I suspect might've had some interest in Pain's plan, would've disliked it; Kakuzu feels like he wouldn't care either way and would've gone with whoever paid better...though then again I like the idea of him being convinced by Obito giving him a chance to fill the void inside him that he kept pouring money on.
The real question on the Rin one is wether she and Obito would've ended up together or if he would've been hokage considering Minato was still young

If rin hadn’t died and survived the mist attack then obito would’ve came back home to the village successfully to live with kakashi and Rin and wouldn’t have attacked the leaf village which meant that Naruto’s parents would still be alive.
If Naruto’s parents hadn’t died and the leaf village attack still happened, then they would have caught obito pretty easily since minato had already marked him with a FTG seal on his back. The nine tails would still get sealed into both minato and Naruto and they would be even stronger than they were before because kushina could teach them how to hone the nine tails power. Also the evil akatsuki wouldn’t be around to capture the tailed beast because obito would be too busy trying to run from Minato to even worry about that.
If Itachi had told Sasuke about the Uchiha coup I believe that right away he would still foster that hate for Itachi but over time as he gets more info, he would learn to appreciate his brother as he died as a hero for the village. And he also wouldn’t be as stuck up to kill Itachi as he was before.
If Deidra had become Tsushikage, then the akatsuki would’ve lost a member. And when pain sends sasori to go capture the nine tails and the one tails, he would fail miserably as I’m pretty sure that even BOS Gaara and the efforts of the whole sand village would stop him right in his tracks. Remember, the only reason why Deidara won the fight with Gaara was because he forced Gaara to use up all of his chakra from saving the village with his sand.
If Jiraiya had caught Orochimaru, it wouldn’t have changed much because he would’ve either pretended he was still with the leaf and waited for the perfect moment to still strike the village or he would’ve just left and never came back because he could technically still leave whenever.

Contrary to popular belief, I believe they would’ve still survived if Naruto and Sasuke worked together to stop the moon from falling whether that be using majestic attire sussano in order to break it into small pieces or completely obliterating it with bijuu bomb.
If kaguya had defeated hagoromo and Hamura, then she would’ve been cast as the ruler of the world. And it doesn’t matter if she does because she’s immortal, so she would have a way bigger presence in the story. Also no one in the world would have chakra because since hagoromo is defeated, he can’t pass it down.
If Indra had been chosen as Hagoromos successor then the whole curse of hatred bloodline thing would cease to exist as im sure Ashura didn’t think he was gonna be hagoromos successor anyway.
If kimimaro had been healthy during konoha crush then hurizen would have died without using the reaper death seal. Which would have left orochimaru and kimimaro to still destroy every one in the village and actually no one to stop them besides Jiraiya. Yet idk how that fight would go between orochimaru and Jiraiya but I’m pretty sure with healthy kimimaros help, they could pull through a win.

It's probably not better than just keeping Sasuke, but it's fun to think through all the potential ripple changes to the story it would cause.
