I (24F) am coming to Mexico City soon for a couple of months and I’m afraid I can’t speak Spanish so dating apps would be no good for me but I’d love to mess around and meet new people. Any suggestions?

A LOT of Mexican men (and women) have "bang a foreigner" on their bucket list. There are guys who speak great English who hover around the tourist bars like flies to honey. You'll have no issues.
If your looking for casual hook ups, your not going to have a problem. Yes, even with the language barrier. The languge of horniness is astonishingly universal. The most important phrase your going to need is "me puede dar una caja de condenes por favor." It would also help to know where some reputable motels are in areas you feel comfortable. And as there is no shortage of places like that to go to, you'll be fine.
But, if your looking for long term relationship - that's another matter. Just like anywhere it's going to take patience. The language difference will be one of the easier challenges to overcome.

All depends on what you are looking for, I mean, it's different if u are looking for only hookups rather than long-term relationships. But here there are some people who can speak basic english, besides u can try Meetup because u can find some bilingual meeting/ parties. Also, u can try using the Translator Google app
Learn Spanish.

In dating APPs you can ask if they speak English. You know, everything has to suit you.
Download the Google Keyboard to your phone - it has a translator built into it. iPhone has translation built into it too. Don’t overthink it lol.

Just stick to the clubs in areas where digital nomads hang around. México City can be a very dangerous place for foreign nationals if you don't know the ropes. The Polanco, Roma, Condesa are areas you'll find plenty of expats and they'll give you valuable insights. By no means take cabs other than hotel based and/or Uber.

CDMX is very metropolitan. Many people speak english and there is a large expat community so you won't feel too alienated. Lots of friendly folks there, but it is a big city so take the usual precautions about where you meet up etc.

There is a lot of Mexicans that speak English specially in Mexico City, here the main dating app is Tinder, but it’s different that the Tinder US, if you match over here is for start to chatting and then hanging, not to go straight to the “deal”. Also bumble.

Don't worry, it is common for us Mexicans to know at least a little bit of English. Also, everyone is quite friendly and will do their best to communicate. For some extra points, try Duolingo or something like that to learn a little Spanish. I used to date a Japanese girl here and everyone was blown away when she started speaking Spanish. You will have luck in the apps no doubt. And be careful like you would be dating in any big city. Good luck.
